Observer / Observer: Mike Barandiaran ( Acting Administrator National Wildlife Refuge in Vieques ) found the ring in a broken bird, could not identify, and had been removed by dogs or mongooses. I had no peak. The track found in turtles (reported by Daphne Grimmell, Poultry Consultant National Wildlife Refuge in Vieques) / / Mike Barandiaran (Acting Manager, Vieques National Wildlife Refuge) found the band on a decomposed bird That Had Been disturbed by dogs or mongooses and not was identifiable. The beak WAS missing. It Was a turtle survey found DURING (Reported by Daphne Grimmell, Consultant on Birds, Vieques National Wildlife Refuge ).
